Very interesting, agree we need more resources and funding for Primary Care service , addresses many questions common asked by all health care professionals.
All staff must be supported equally and I think there must be a single work contract for staff working in any GP surgery - for instance sick pay and yearly pay rise and so on . I’m very impressed with the investment in education though .
More funding for more support is the answer
